Terms of Service

picopoly sells licenses to use digital 3D assets ("Assets"). You do not need an account to buy. Each purchase gives you a license to one Asset under the Asset License. Each week, some Assets can also be downloaded for free, under the same Asset License.

• Prices are shown on each Asset page. Payment is processed by Stripe, and your card issuer may convert the price into your local currency and charge fees.
• A purchase is complete when Stripe confirms your payment. We do not store your card details.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, unless we are required by law to collect them.

• After payment, you can download the Asset from the page you are returned to.
• The download link works for 24 hours after payment. After your first download, you can download again for 10 minutes. After that, the link expires.
• Because there are no accounts, we cannot offer re-downloads later. Please keep your file safe.
• Do not share your download link. Anyone with the link can download the file while it is valid.
• Free Assets can be downloaded from their Asset pages until the end of the free week (Sunday 23:59, Japan time). After that, they are sold at the normal price.

Because Assets are digital and delivered right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where refunds are required by law.

When using the Service, you must not:

• Try to get Assets without paying, or get around download limits or other security measures.
• Copy, scrape, or collect content from the Service by automated means, except for normal search engine indexing.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, or use it for any illegal purpose.

The Service, its design, and all Assets belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the licenses we grant in the Asset License, these Terms give you no rights in them.

The Service and all Assets are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or an Asset is limited to the amount you paid for that Asset. These limits do not apply where we acted with intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.

We may change or stop the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. The Terms that applied when you made a purchase continue to apply to that purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan.
