picopoly Asset License

When your payment is complete, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Asset you purchased, subject to the terms below. The license covers you as an individual, or the company or organization you buy for, including its employees and contractors working on its projects.

We, or our licensors, keep all ownership of the Assets. You buy a license to use an Asset, not the Asset itself.

Each week, we offer some Assets for free download. Assets you download for free are licensed under this same license, starting when you download them. You may keep using them after the free period ends.

• Use Assets in personal and commercial projects, such as games, apps, websites, virtual spaces, films, animations, advertising, and presentations.
• Modify Assets and combine them with other content.
• Publish and sell rendered images and videos that include Assets.
• Sell or distribute products, such as games and apps, that include Assets, as long as the Asset is part of the product and not offered on its own.
• Use Assets to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

• Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute an Asset on its own, whether in its original or a modified form, including on 3D model stores, asset packs, templates, or file-sharing sites.
• Distribute an Asset in a way that lets others extract and reuse it as a separate file. Where your product contains Asset files, such as a game build, use the normal packaging of your engine or platform.
• Make physical products from Assets, such as 3D-printed figures, toys, or merchandise.
• Sell or distribute an Asset as an NFT or other digital token, except as part of a larger product in which the Asset is not the main item.
• Use an Asset as a trademark, logo, or brand identity, or register any rights in it.
• Use Assets in content that is illegal, or that defames, harasses, or infringes the rights of others.
• Share the cost of one purchase with others so that each of you can use the Asset.

Credit is not required. If you would like to credit us, you can write "3D assets by picopoly".

This license ends automatically if you break any of its terms, or if your payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back. When it ends, you must stop using the Asset and delete your copies. Products you released before the license ended under these terms may stay available.

Assets are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that an Asset is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
